Our first week with the new format had a few unfortunate bumps. Notably, the "Submit a Question" form in the left-hand column was not working correctly; I received about 15 questions through this form, but all of them came across as blank and anonymous. Our great engineers should have this fixed soon, but if you sent a question last week using the "Submit a Question" form, I did not get it. Please re-send it via email to answerman@rogers.com.

While you continue to get accustomed to the new format, please feel free to pass along your feedback, positive or negative (but hopefully constructive). Apologies for the problems last week, and thanks for your patience.
